Rock Pool Villa can be rented at one time as either a 5 bedrooms, 6 bedrooms, 7 or 8 bedrooms villa. If the villa is rented as a five, six or seven bedrooms villa, the other bedrooms are locked and will not be rented out to another party during that rental period. However during the peak period from December 20th to January 20th the Villa can only be rented as eight bedrooms villa.

Rental Conditions

  • 50% Deposit required upon booking by bank transfer (non refundable).
  • 50% remaining rental payable 2 weeks in advance of check- in date by bank transfer.
  • A security deposit of 1300 Euro or 1700 USD must be paid on arrival to cover any damage to the villa. (The security deposit will be reimbursed before departure upon verification of the villa).
  • Check in is at 2 pm on day of arrival and check out is 12 noon on day of departure. ( Early arrival or late check-out will be considered depending on availability at no charge, please verify with us in advance!)
  • Welcome fruit basket upon arrival.
  • Full time housekeeper / maid service from 8 am to 3 pm (Six days per week).
  • Hi speed internet (Fiber Optic) is free for the guests, user name and password can ask from villa manager
  • Massage at SPA area is available, please book massage therapist with villa manager khun Sud
  • Electric and water pay separate on the villa by the meters.
  • Meters start will record on arrival and check on departure day.
  • Coast of electric is 6 baht/kwatt and water is 50 baht/unit
  • Transport: Guests can rent a car on request from villa manager, she has contact with car rental Company with big choice of cars.
